As you know, the Coronavirus outbreak is having an ever-growing impact on every aspect of our society, and that includes the ability of businesses to keep their doors open. As your bank, our primary focus is to support you through this difficult time.

In line with the directive of the Federal Government of Nigeria restricting movement in the FCT, Lagos and Ogun States for a period of 14 days, starting from 11pm, Monday, March 30, 2020, please see below what this directive would mean for our banking channels:

ONLINE CHANNELSACTIVE. You can access all of our services anywhere, anytime using Internet Banking, GTWorld and the GTBank Mobile Banking App.
737 USSD SERVICEACTIVE. Simply dial *737# from your mobile phone to transfer money, pay bills, buy airtime or data, apply for Quick Credit, and access other banking services.
GTCONNECTACTIVE. Limited to the self-service option.
WHATSAPPACTIVE. Limited service available.
HELP CENTREACTIVE. Best for product and service enquiries.

We are also closely monitoring the development across States and will continue to review our operations in line with directives from the Federal and State Governments.

If you do not have our mobile banking applications already, please download the GTWorld Mobile App or the GTBank Mobile Banking App from your app store.

Scammers may also want to take advantage of these difficult times. Please DO NOT SHARE your personal banking information with anyone. If we reach out to you, we won't ask for confidential information such as your password, token code or personal identification number (PIN).
