1. *Agriculture* - obvious right? Because man must chop. There's nothing you grow that cannot sell, even chicken shit dey sell.
2. *Food business* - a very delicious food + a great location is a recipe for high consistent income. O matter how u fast you cannot break with engine oil.
3. *Technology* - try to research how many new gadgets, softwares or machinery have taken over peoples jobs, fear go catch you. If you want to stay relevant in this new millennia you must invest and learn in this sector.
4. *Teaching* - have a flair for teaching kids? You can start a home lesson, talk to your neighbour and friends..10kinds paying fee of 3k per month is easy 30k. Within 6-8 months you can have 25-30 kids. Don't like teaching maths and physics? How about you teach something else like how to drive, how to fix phones, how to fix generator, how to make wigs, how to tie gele, makeup etc.
5. *Transportation* - how many of us have fathers that have spent money for a bus inside beer palour? Yes I know a bus is expensive but have you ever thought of forming a legal group of say 10 people, each person saves 50,000 for 5 months and then you have 1M. Enough to buy you a bus, but no...you don't trust people and you remain there..collection 60 or 70k per month and now how much dey ur account ur still in debt...🤔🤔 (you get sense so?)
6. *Laundry business* - I think this business is like money ritual. You need just 10customers to make 40-60k per month. What happens when you grow to 50 customers. The system is simple... Wash, starch, iron and package.
7. *Cloth business* - am sure everyone reading this post now is wearing cloth, even if its pant ur wearing or u tie wrapper or even if a bedsheet you use cover body...all na cloth. The clothing business is crazy and rewarding. Yesterday I saw a jacket by a foreign designer for 4.2 million naira...abeg who die? The clothe go show me the way to heaven?
8. *Importation and drop shipping* - while this two are different, what they have in common is the goods are not yours, you buy from someone or somewhere and sell to a large audience. I know people that have grown this business to 1million in sakes per month...(🤔wait how much is your salary again??)
9. *The art of selling* - Chai this is the most important of all... *why*??? There's a guy that sells rock, he packaged it in a box and name it *"how to care for your pet stone"* stuff comes with a manual self...he has made over $1million in sales...and you, you can't even sell sandal..hmm it is well.
10. *Information marketing* - see this business is very simple but has many hard parts. Simply it is selling information. You get to teach what you know and that's the great part of it. You can reach millions and millions of people and you don't have to create another product again you just sell the same one you created.
For instance I know how to make pizza, I simply create an eBook or a video on how to make it, I look for the perfect audience and I tell them about my book which I sell to them.
A product you create of 5k, if you sell to 20 people, that's easy 100k a month (person 4month salary, you can do this every month and keep on increasing the number of people you show it to.
And so we drop the baton here... In next publication
